These terms govern your use of ReviewU, operated by Andrea Simoni. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
The service is under active development. Features may change or disappear, results may be recalculated as the matching improves, and the site may be unavailable at times. We provide it as it is, without any promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
ReviewU describes a curated selection of London restaurants along seven dimensions, together with price bands, awards and areas. That information is compiled from published sources such as menus, reviews and official listings, and every value in it is meant to be sourced rather than estimated.
Even so, restaurants change. Prices rise, chefs leave, awards are gained and lost, and places close. Always check with the restaurant before you rely on anything here, particularly a price or a dietary requirement. We are not responsible for a meal that does not live up to a match.
ReviewU shows no star ratings, no review counts and no crowd averages, and no restaurant can pay to appear, to rank higher, or to be removed. We have no commercial relationship with the restaurants listed unless we say so explicitly, and mentioning a restaurant is not an endorsement by it of us.
Your taste profile is generated from the choices you make. It is an opinion produced by software about what you might enjoy, not a professional recommendation, and it will sometimes be wrong. Telling us so, through the feedback buttons, is the fastest way to make it less wrong.
Content you create, such as the list of places you have visited and the order you put them in, remains yours. By sharing a list you accept that anyone with the link can see it, along with the name you entered. Do not put anything in the name field that you would not want a stranger to read.
ReviewU has no accounts and no passwords. Your taste signature is kept in your own browser, so clearing your browser data clears it. Nothing is reserved for you and nothing is held on your behalf.
The ReviewU name, the site design, the illustrations, the seven-dimension model and the compiled dataset belong to Andrea Simoni. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Restaurant names and trade marks belong to their owners and are used descriptively.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on restaurant information that has changed, and our total liability to you is limited to £100.
ReviewU is free to use. If that changes, these terms will change with it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. ReviewU is operated from London by an individual resident in England, so England and Wales is the correct forum.
